Production Greenhouses
Our Maple Ridge Farm has the prefect climate for starting plants and growing greens. Our four greenhouses enable us to produce quality plants which we sell at leading garden centres, nurseries and farmer’s markets. We also start the plants for our Cawston farm here.
Our Maple Ridge Farm
Is in the Alouette Valley of
Maple Ridge. The Farm
lies between the North
and South Alouette Rivers
The soil is deep with hardly a a rock in the fields. The
water table is high so its great for producing greens, cabbages and many oth
er fine
veggies
Our Cawston Farm is the field farm. 2 acres of orchards plus 4 acres of tomatoes, melons, garlic, onions, peppers and so much more
Again we are very lucky
With fine soil, good water
And the climate is perfect
for growing the best veg..
We use the best organic materials we can to grow our plants. That being said we
are not certified organic as we are trying to make the best decision for our farm,
the environment and of course you, our farm supporter. Please feel free to discuss
the many options of certification.
